30min of stretching, mobility, warm up, PT exercises and deadhangs this morning.

Got out for 4hrs this afternoon. Combed through a ton of thick larch regen and brush looking for the other side of the moose set. 4.5mi and 850vert on snowshoes. No paddle. Watched a cow and calf through the binos. Very nice, sunny day. It’s going to turn real wintery in MT starting tomorrow.

Muscle Snatch:
6 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep muscle snatch

3 rounds for max reps, 4 minutes work/1 minute rest:
-9 power snatches 95#
-9 toes to bar
*pick up each round where you left off

Every 30 seconds for 12 rounds:
-1 full squat snatch, build each round

5 rounds:
-5 Dumbbell Z Press
-10 upright rows
 
still in the -15 to -20F windchill range so went to the gym

strength trained first

overhead press 5/5/5+/amrap @ 65/75/85/65%
mtn lunges 3x10
chin-ups 25-25-25
core

then hit the dreadmill- 4 miles (1200')

weather is supposed to break Tuesday- fingers crossed, I'm not a fan of the dreadmill!

10 min walking backwards on treadmill turned off

Today really sucked. I still feel like garbage.
