I’ll try to get a hike in this afternoon, or real early tomorrow. We have a huge tournament Friday/Saturday. All 32-man brackets and long days.

Back in the saddle again after 2 very full days at a big tournament.
Did my 680vert PT hike with 30lbs this morning followed by a lift. Saw about 60-70 head of elk.

4 warm up sets, no rest
Squats- 45/95/135/185 x 10

Dip- body wt x 10
Pull Up/Deadhang- 5/30sec
OH Fisio Sit Up- 15

Squats- 275 x 5
