Warmup, 5 min bike

Ass kicker circuit (self-proclaimed) 3 rounds
Heavy single arm DB push press x5
Plyometric pause pushups x5 each side
Heavy single arm DB rows x5
Goblet squats x10
Dble hand swings x10
Sumo deadlift x10

Immediately after final round of circuit, grabbed smaller db
Offset Waiters walk 100ft
Offset rack carry 100ft
Sngle hand farmers walk x100
Repeat other side
Repeat above carries with larger dumbell, for 50ft

Stretch. This workout took the shoetest time compared to others ive been doing, but im whupped
 
MTN Tough "Beartooth" 3 rounds total of run+circuits for time: 36min flat

400m sprint
3 rounds:
squat jumps/side shuffle/squat jumps/side shuffle
2 rounds:
20x lunge jumps/20x plank rows/20x overhead lunges


Quickly learning even their "beginner" settings are for above average baseline starting fitness. The second and third rounds I ditched the jumps and did the movement without them. I really enjoy these type of HIIT/circuit workouts, but I'm realizing it may not have been a wise starting from zero point, especially on the legs.
 
a tough 9 mile snowshoe outing today; had planned on a little longer, but too much post holing knocked the crud out of me :D
