Gonna try to 1-up mtwarden’s outdoor gym tomorrow, so I switched things around today… light leg day

Ladder of 100 step ups each leg-8/12/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/55/60s

Barbell Lunge-45/65/85/95/115/135 x 5
Calf Raise-same

Did a few light sets of squats and 1-arm overhead dumbell lunges

Supposed to be sunny and 52 degress tomorrow…

Noob here. Seems like a good place to help keep me on track with my workouts. Starting with last friday...

Friday: 2 mile ruck with 85 lbs (to the brewery :))
Monday: 2 mile run
Today: 30 minutes on the stationary bike

Beginning to get serious about my training for this year. Will be perusing this thread for workout ideas. Especially exercises with just body weight or dumbbells.

Warmup, 30 minute power nap, 10 minute bike, 90s horse stance

KB leg circuit 3 rounds, 60s rest
Iso rack overhead squat x4
Front squat x4
Iso rack anchor squat x4
Offset rack squat x4
Anchor squat x4
Goblet squat x4
Bodyweight squat x4

Rotate between weighted step ups, weighted reverse lunges, and KB snatches, 10 reps each, until failure

2 Split Jerks (65%-75%)
3 second pause in the dip, 3 second pause in the catch
4 Minute EMOM:
1 Split Jerk (80%+)
3 second pause in the dip, 3 second pause in the catch

25 russian kb swings
30 cal echo bike
25 dual DB hang squat cleans
30 cal row
