Friday: 2 mile ruck with 85 lbs (to the brewery )
Monday: 2 mile run
Today: 30 minutes on the stationary bike
Beginning to get serious about my training for this year. Will be perusing this thread for workout ideas. Especially exercises with just body weight or dumbbells.

3 second pause in the dip, 3 second pause in the catch
4 Minute EMOM:
1 Split Jerk (80%+)
3 second pause in the dip, 3 second pause in the catch

30 cal ski
25 russian kb swings
30 cal echo bike
25 dual DB hang squat cleans
