10 sets of SH cable rows (various angles/high reps) 30-50#
5 sets of 50# KB swings
4 set of 20# KB oblique twists
4 sets of 25-35# KB push press
 
14 miles and 4100' of gain today (left TE home, wasn't happy!)

Saturday

Ascending reps each round 1-10 of burpees and DB front squat 2x45# plus 20# vest
Followed that with 1.5 miles on the treadmill with the vest.

Yesterday
5 rounds
4 station box circuit - 5 DB rows each arm 80# + 5 box jumps 30"
8 L sit pull ups + 5 box jumps
6 curls each arm 45# db + 5 box jumps
10 KB swings 50# + 5 box jumps

3 rounds of 10 cable curls 100# and 10 cable tricep push downs 125#
 
Spent the weekend hiking with weighted packs (various weights/distances) getting tree stand spots setup for archery elk season.

Today was all upper body (legs are still whooped)

5 sets of SH grip cable rows (to mimic pulling my bow)

5 sets of DB flat bench press
5 sets of DB incline bench press
