Looks like a good workout. I wouldn't personally run with a ruck on of that weight unless I had to. But I bet that workout had you breathing good.

25 clean and jerk
80 pull ups as fast as possible
150 push ups as fast as possible
15 minutes in the sauna

That's what I did.
 
EMOM 10 minutes
1 burpee max double unders
2 burpees max double unders
3 burpees max double unders
etc

No rest between, score is the least number of double unders in any round. I got 18 then:

3 Rounds for Time: 135#
15 Power Clean
15 Front squat
