I would try, but my performance would be pathetic.

  • Broad Jump: height + 14-16” (Elite; missed Pro level by 6”)
I am below the standard (subtract foot length from hight)
  • Body Weight Bench Press: 165lbs x 20 reps (Pro)
Below standard, I have never benched my bodyweight.
  • Pullups: 20 reps (Pro)
At the standard (10).
  • Trap Bar Deadlift: 2x body weight (330lbs) for 5x reps (Pro)
Below standard, never deadlifted more than 1.3x bodyweight.
  • Plank: 3 minutes (Pro)
Pro
  • Farmer’s Carry: bodyweight + (2x 85 lb dumbells) for 300 feet (Pro)
Unsure, will give it a try when I get home.

Below the standard. Fastest K on Garmin was 4:04. I have never broken a 6 min mile.



I have never had much power, the only thing I have going for myself is being able to suffer.

BW bench—Elite
Pullups—Pro the one thing I'm pretty good w/ :)
Deadlifts—Elite; maybe Pro if the trap bar is easier????
Plank—probably Elite
Farmer's carry—not sure??
800m run—probably below standard don't run any more and even when I did it was more on the distance end of things

Could also be why there isn't too many 68 year old firefighters :ROFLMAO:

When I grow up, I want to be like you!

I find trap bar DL easier than a conventional barbell. I suspect you'd pull more than you think.
