Still figuring out proper weights as getting back in to a heavier program for a bit.

10k is done!! I don’t know if that’s an overall good time, but I’m 45 years old and 6’4” 235 so I’ll take it lol.

7 minutes at each station; each partner completes 1 full round while other rests

Station 1: 30 second intervals max cals on assault runner
Station 2: 10 cal assault bike + 1 rope climb
Station 3: 10 cal ski erg + 5R/5L med ball toss to wall
Station 4: 5R/5L vertical jumps w/ side lunge + 70’ sled push
