Last day of MT’s season. I called it a year last night. I had 2 great mulie trips to ID and AZ. My wife and oldest got 2 nice bucks each and the boys and I kept our elk streak alive. No mule deer for me this year, but I had awesome trips as a “guide”. My next couple weeks will be busy as hell, so nothing but PT and end of the season chores today. Gonna get back to my normal split eventually.

Warmed up with 5 sets of 5 pull ups. Then circuits.

Squats/Calf Raises- 45/95/135/185 x 10

Dumbbell Dead & Shrug- 35/40/45/55/60s x 5ea

Thrusters- 10/15/20/25/30 x 5ea

DB Clean & Press- 20s for 21 reps

A WT doe for the freezer and another bounced off the side of my truck on the way home yesterday. Fortunately the doe and the truck were unscathed in the encounter, although the doe was a bit disoriented. 1/2 second sooner would have been a different story. Now duck season begins.
