Looks like everyone has been busy.
I got home last night after being at elk camp since 10/18. From 10/19 through 10/29, I averaged over 8 mi/day.

It was far from our most successful opening week as a family, but both my boys stacked up bulls. For the first time in my hunting career, I found myself in a drainage with my wife on our last day that was remote enough (and cold enough), to let a group of raghorn bulls walk.

I wrecked one day in the snow/beargrass and my back hurts like a bastard. My WOD today consisted of a lengthy chiropractor appointment and stretching. IMG_2382.jpegIMG_4125.jpeg

Push Jerk with a 2-second pause in dip & 2-second pause in receiving x 2 reps

*Sets 1-2 = @ 65%
*Sets 3-4 = @ 70%
*Sets 5-6 = @ 75%
*Sets 7-10 = @ 80%

Conditioning
3 Sets for max calories/reps:
60 seconds of Rowing
60 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups
