Got out the pack, but only 60 lb bag this time.
45 minutes, try to get down to a round of 1 rep.
Start at 5 reps in a round, work down each round.
40 yd hill. Mine was nice and steep.
5 reps walking up and down with the pack
5 hill sprints
5 reps overhead carry with the pack up the hill, crush grip carry the pack down the hill.
Then next round, all go down to 4 reps.
I made it to the 3rd round before I ran out of time.

You cant do it and not post time! :) I've been putting off trying it again this week. I gotta keep beating my last time
 
not overly impressive- 38:30; my "sprints" were slow (that was planned) and the jump lunges/squats were much more brutal than expected- definitely room for improvement! :)
 
So I have two times. I read yours and thought huh, I've been doing this with a 3rd .5 mile sprint all the time. So I took a time at the end or the 2nd super set and after 3rd .5 mile.

Huge improvement. My last time with a 3rd half mile was 38 something.
 
5 miles with my wife and Tiny E on the trails; finally getting some decent drying out of most of the trails
 
7 miles on the trails with Tiny Elvis- Montana's early flowers are starting to pop- Pasqueflower (Crocus), Shooting stars and Yellowbells, a variety of different colored Phlox

That's a pretty crocus. I always like when they start to bloom.

Just got done with 5 miles paddling me and the 4yr old. Saw a nice sized gator, caught no fish on our juglines.
 
10 miles in the Elkhorn Mtns w/ Tiny Elvis (5 on snowshoes); snow was rotten in spots with lots of postholing - with snowshoes!

well my 7 mile out & back in the hopes of recovering my sunglasses from yesterday were for not- I passed two mtn bikes on the way out and was hoping they didn't make it too far up, they did and no sunglasses :(
 
Did 15 minutes of the latest athlean x workout during work break.
Then after work, 45 minutes of 80 lb bag work.
10 front Carrie's to each side of the yard with 10 squats on each side.
20 front carry lunges
10 ohp
10clean and press
10 clean and throw. This caused me to pause the timer, cause my bag finally started to break on me. Stuffed it in a duffel...
10 times "rope pull" to each side of the yard
Bear crawl pull through 4 times to each side of the yard
10 thrusters
10 front rack carries. To the side of the yard
20 over the shoulders. This did in my duffel bag as well. Totally split at every seam basically...
