45 minutes, try to get down to a round of 1 rep.
Start at 5 reps in a round, work down each round.
40 yd hill. Mine was nice and steep.
5 reps walking up and down with the pack
5 hill sprints
5 reps overhead carry with the pack up the hill, crush grip carry the pack down the hill.
Then next round, all go down to 4 reps.
I made it to the 3rd round before I ran out of time.
