got out this morning for a nice 6 miles, cool temps in the mid-30's which was just fine with Tiny Elvis; got to the gym this afternoon 3x5 bench & overhead press, 3x25 dips, 3x10 pull-ups, core

Tiny Elvis got 3.5 in on the trails, 40 and cloudy turned to 40 and heavy rain which hastened our pace considerably :D

6 miles on the trails this evening- microspikes aren't optional, almost straight ice
 
3 hrs digging my truck out this morning, 3 miles from the trailhead.
Any chucklehead could have done it with a shovel and daylight. But I did it with a tire tool, a snowshoe, and an ice scraper.

Like a real man.

Each set has to be unbroken. You can't rest it at the floor, hast to touch and go at the ground to the clean position. Can rest anywhere or way between that.
Pick you load
Rest as much as needed between sets
 
5.5 trails miles on a loop I do quite often- pretty poor conditions- ice, slush, loose snow, but somehow only managed to be a couple of minutes over a normal pace :)

just under 12 miles walking my rifle; fortunately the snow had receded quite a bit- unfortunately I couldn't get on the elk that I had spotted in the morning
 
cleaned my rifle and hung it up this morning; was a good season with many memorable moments, despite not getting my elk- there's always next year :)

4.5 miles on the trails with my wife and Tiny Elvis- gorgeous evening for November- mid 50's
