3 hrs digging my truck out this morning, 3 miles from the trailhead.
Any chucklehead could have done it with a shovel and daylight. But I did it with a tire tool, a snowshoe, and an ice scraper.
Each set has to be unbroken. You can't rest it at the floor, hast to touch and go at the ground to the clean position. Can rest anywhere or way between that.

5.5 trails miles on a loop I do quite often- pretty poor conditions- ice, slush, loose snow, but somehow only managed to be a couple of minutes over a normal pace
just under 12 miles walking my rifle; fortunately the snow had receded quite a bit- unfortunately I couldn't get on the elk that I had spotted in the morning
