There's no evidence for or against this. It has not been tested, which is why they won't say that it prevents transmission. What for sure works is if all individuals in the room are vaccinated.You can still get and transmit COViD after vaccination. Just saying.

But even vaccines for things that we have eliminated like smallpox, or almost eliminated like polio, people who are vaccinated can still get it. There's never been a 100% effective vaccine. That doesn't mean the vaccine doesn't work, or it hasn't saved millions of lives.
The reason we were able to get rid of most of the deadly diseases of the 19th century is because people weren't self entitled snowflakes and actually did something for their neighbor instead of me me me me me me.
