Will 6 Creedmoor go the way of 7 SAUM?

Less and less factory rifle offerings are available in 6 Creedmoor. Will 6 Creed become a niche cartridge like 7 SAUM? 2 of the best cartridges ever but they are becoming reduced to custom builds and a cult following. Will there be a new factory 6mm or will .243 Winchester remain the only widely available cartridge? Will there be a 7mm short action magnum to compete with 7PRC? Will 6.5 PRC still be around in 25 years?

Total opinion but outside of Roksliders nobody had/has 7 saum and tons of people I know (coyote guys) building or buying 6creed.

I don’t think Hornady will allow that to happen. Their cartridges seem to be pretty well marketed

Fleet farm in small midwest towns has a wide selection of 6 creed. Pretty good sign it will be around for a bit.

Most ppl fought the 6mm cartridges for a long time (Hornady included). Moving forward they will only gain in popularity, now that they are more widely accepted by consumers and manufacturers.
