Zubers in Monroe, WI makes amazing landjaeger. I just had some last weekend (beef/pork). I just realized they process venison—may have to try some.View attachment 638643

Thanks so much for the info, as I haven't had a landjaeger in over a decade! When I lived in Alaska we always stopped at a small grocery store in Delta Junction that carried them. No idea what brand they were but they were amazing.

I ordered some Bavaria sausage brand, they’re good but I like zubers a bit more. Waiting for zubers to get freezer space to accept in game meat so I can mail some.
