Whitefish, seared in olive oil, then sautéed in butter with a bunch of spices. Pulled the fish. Added white wine and sour cream to the butter for a sauce. Deadly good. Whitefish can compete with the best of them. And nobody here wants to catch them.
We deep fry them as well and make french fries, which was my favorite. I think this way though may have been better.
