Where to start - Offseason Workouts

I strongly disagree with your opinion on diet:
I'd say diet is paramount. One of the most significant improvements over the last few decades has been sports nutrition. Just look at the athletes of today vs 30 years ago.
If you're not eating well, you're going to perform significantly worse than your potential. Hydration, fueling, and quality are all things that can change your hunt for the better and are relatively easy to fix.
Also, if you've never tried Tailwind, I highly recommend it. It's like cheat codes for endurance. Ultra athletes use it and I have used it extensively as well. Absolute game changer.
Tailwind, nice. I guess I'll respond to this by simply saying that dieting doesn't improve your fitness. Saying you strongly disagree, then launching a hyperbolic tirade (30 years ago? that was literally 1995) doesn't help an argument. Especially when your very next sentence is something I wrote earlier in this thread. So props for being edgy just to put up a post? You know what can change your hunt? Training, moving, and lifting weights every single day for years without missing a day.

I get so tired of the tropes (cheat code for endurance......?) from these smooth brain nerds. It's the kind of thing that comes from people who have never competed in anything, ever. Elite athletes, the kind who get paid millions, don't win because they drink Tailwind bro.

Train. Leave all this extra crap to people who have $100 per month to burn on dextrose powder.
