I'm a bit of a knife nerd, so I've had my fair share of different knives over the years. However lately my go to for everything but skinning has been the boker bark beetle. I like the long slender profile and a nice sharp tip. Great for cleaning out the anus, as I don't split the pelvis, and the tip allows me to nip parts of the organs in the chest cavity without needing to turn the blade to use the edge.

Kestrel short ovis hunter. But it’s my favorite hunting knife regardless of the animal
