Tonight was leftover chicken enchiladas, tomorrow will be leftover elk backstrap with basmati rice and steamed broccoli (healthy meal). Saturday ill likely cook up some deer tenderloins.

Fiance is on her bachelorette so I'm running solo with the dog and cats until sunday.

Fresh Seafood boil tonight. No better way to celebrate a week in the outer banks fishing.

Contents:
Shrimp, clams, blue crabs, Cajun sausage, mushrooms, onions, potato’s, lemons, and corn on the cob. Boiled in a Cajun boil mix. If I lived here I’d boil one of these pots once a week. This was as fine a meal as I’ve ever had.

Here’s a pic once removed from the heat and frozen corn added. Delicious.
