Never thought of that. I gave thought about making dumplings but haven't gone down that road yet.I've been trying new, creative ways to use some of our ground meat. Elk ravioli is my favorite so far!
Make sure you know the Scoville ratting of the peppers you use.I made Pork Adovada today.......just waiting for it to finish up in the oven. Here's a pic before it went into the oven.

I've been wanting to try this. Do you always use the roast?Hank Shaw's barbacoa with a deer roast tonight. Easiest thing ever (crock pot) and delicious.
