What’s always in your truck/vehicle?

2x lights, t-paper, knife, pliers... channel lock and standard, portable charger/battery jump kit, gloves, traction blocks, handgun, advil and tylenol, keys to church, eye drops, plackers, wheel lock wrench, sunglasses, four-way collapsable tire tool, vehical journal, a wad of about 30 keys I have NO IDEA what they belong to, but just in case.🥴

Hunt season I throw my tire chains in the back.

My items are basically covered previously with a little change based on the destination.

I keep all of it in a large husky tool box that lives in the bed. No one has ever touched it and if they did, I'm out a tow strap and some jumper cables etc.

7' medium light spinning rod with 25lb power pro and my binos. 2019, outback. 2004 jeep GC had the same + 4 gallons of motor oil

Way, way too much stuff. But you never know when i might need it. Basically a rolling sporting goods store / hardware store. Too many times in the past ive been screwed cause i didnt have this, that, or the other thing. Man if some junkie ever breaks into my rig hes gonna feel like he struck gold.
Used to have an access cab tacoma. Now i have a crewcab silverado. I was so stoked about all the extra space i had to immediately go cramming more shit in every possible location. And not just in the cab. The bed (have a canopy) is full of gear too. And honestly i hope i never need any of it.

I rotate stuff depending on the season/situation. The one thing I didn’t see mentioned before is a spare key hidden somewhere.

I ran as a pilot car for several years and carried quite a bit of stuff.
25 ft heavy jumper cables
2 gallons of antifreeze
One gallon of engine oil
Spare alternator, water pump and belt
Tools
4 way lug wrench
Arctic gear
Took out the back seat of my pickup and built in a platform for a bunk, parts, tools and arctic gear fit underneath the platform. Also had a 2kw inverter mounted under bunk so I could make coffee or freeze dried meals when sleeping in pullouts along the highway. Miscellaneous other stuff depending on season and where we were going.
Broke down once on the haul road put a water pump in the truck at -20 in Coldfoot and drove home. Only had to be hauled home once in more than 750k miles. When I left Fairbanks headed north I always had a 134 gallons of diesel on board
