What type of binoculars for long range missile testing

I am a middle aged dictator and I am interested in using tripod mounted binoculars for missile testing and other medium sized international incidents. I am moderately overweight so I don’t walk far, and my minions or slave labor generally carries my gear for me, but I want them to look cool for Instagram. The tripod must work from my height of 4 foot 7 up to Dennis Rodman’s height.

On a side note, does Kuiu offer branded fur hats or leather coats?
