Meat eater gets most of my attention. Intelligent, diverse, and funny conversation. Randy Newberg’s is good too, although more political.

I have a hard time getting into the gritty bowmen. The topic depth always seems to be lacking.

Meat eater and Newberg are about the only hunting ones I consistently listen to. Several others I will catch the occasional episode.

Non-hunting podcasts include Joe Rogan and several Emergency Medicine and Wilderness Meidcine podcasts.

Mike Roe has a short weekly podcast "The way I heard It" reminds me of growing up listening to Paul Harvey stories on the radio. On that note, you can also find some of those old Paul Harvey broadcasts on stitcher as well.

Just started listening to Ben O'Brien, The Hunting Collective. He only has 6 podcasts but they are all money: Rinella, Dudley, Remi Warren. He goes the distance and deep, love it.

Kifaru Kast, Avery Adventures, Hunt Harvest Health, Rich Outdoors and Gritty.

I gotta say Avery adventures is in my opinion the best of the best as far as hunting podcasts go... even if their mike sounds like someone nose breathing with a whistling booger half the time, its worth it for the info.
Kifaru cast is a close second.

I hope Gritty BM can survive the loss of AS. Seemed like he leaned on Snyder’s noteriety pretty heavy and snyder’s gear reviews helped to balance out some of the other farther reaching topics making it a pretty interesting and well balanced one stop shopping podcast.

Just can’t get into hunt harvest health, soley because of the audio. Too much lip smacking and teeth sucking. Sounds like he is kissing a ghost or has a loose partial flopping around.

we had a crazy mike that we realized was wonky! At first we thought it was just us not having the mikes in the best spot (which could be, they are super sensitive) then we thought maybe it was one of our guests, but then we finally realized it was one of our mikes. We have 4, so we didn’t realize one was bad for a while. The sound quality should be much better after podcast #43. Let us know! Thank you for powering through our podcast despite the annoying whistle booger-mouth breathing

I don’t think soneone has to know about Rokslide to know your podcast is super unbiased and analytical towards gear just by the questions you ask and the statements you make. Trust is hard earned these days when it comes to gear reviews and you guys have mine, whistly mike and all.

I listen to most of the aforementioned. Just recently started into some of the more western hunting focused ones (my first elk hunt in CO in the works for next year...). I also like wired to hunt (being an easterner/ whitetail guy...) As for non hunting podcasts my list includes; gastropod, this American life, the splendid table, freakonomics, the sporkful, planet money, hidden brain, serious eats, radiolab, criminal...there's probably more. I like talk radio haha

Gritty Bowmen, Rich Outdoors, Kifaru cast, Avery, Hunt Harvest Health, and a few more. To and from work, 45 minutes each way. Great way to past the time and learn.

Another one that I didn’t see mentioned is beyond the kill...

My favorites in order are meat eater, Eastman’s elevated, western Bowhunter, kifaru cast, rich outdoors.

I didn’t like hunt backcountry or jay Scott outdoors, and like everyone else I seem to pick and choose episodes, gritty was good for the first 100 or so episodes.

Joe rogan is great, I especially like the episodes with Jordan Peterson (Jordan b Peterson podcast is ok too) and retired navy seal David goggins

A few have mentioned dan Carlin’s hardcore history and I’d have to say it is by far the best podcast out there as far as presentation and sound quality, destroyer of worlds was incredible...

Team never quit is Marcus Luttrells podcast (lone survivor) and it’s good too.

All these great podcasts and not enough hours in the day to get to them, my phone has probably a few hundred episodes stacked up that I’ll never get to...

Thank you! We appreciate the feedback. Podcasting is a lot more work than most people realize :)
