The only place I've been able to find recent meat eater podcasts is on suncloud.

I haven't read thru all the posts on this thread yet so if this is a repost ignore it. but one that I really enjoy is The Hunt Backcountry Podcast with Steve from S and S archery and another guy named Mark. Very informative and they get some good guests on for detailed conversations concerning everything backcountry hunting

I listen to all the ones mentioned on here for the most part( going to check out the hardcore history next) . I really enjoy Randy Newbergs podcasts and his YouTube channels. He Gets me motivated! Like some of you , I just download them onto my phone when I'm home with wifi and then I can listen anytime with zero service and it doesnt eat up my data. I just plug it into my cars aux cord and good to go... I drive around town all day for work so I'm always listening to one or the other. I also enjoy listening while im either working out or even out hiking in the urban Jungles around my house. I used to keep up with the news and current events, but dang, I can't even stomach listening to the news anymore.. Podcast or tunes..

Gritty bowmen has been getting on my nerves a little lately. I enjoy the hunting stories and archery talk but seems like it's 80% Brian talking about how to get fit. And what's with the 3 minute intro?

Others I listen to are:
Barbell shrugged
Meateater
Joe Rogan Experience

I have been listening to the Jocko podcast lately. It is so motivating and a great listen if you're into military stuff and war, it's awesome. He also talks a lot about martial arts, jiu jitsu if you like that kind of thing.

I have to take Jay Scott off my list, His ads are so annoying that its near impossible to listen to his recent podcasts..

Jay:tell me about how you stalk a mule deer

Randy: I like to take my <insert> Have you heard about go hunt insider........................<return> shoes off.

AMEN !!! As you fight to stay awake from the supper slow delivery, you get hit with a right hook of "Scopecoat" nonsense...

I think Gritty Bowmen has lost its way a little bit. It's either name dropping or sounding like an informercial these days.

I do enjoy how Avery Adventures jumps right into the conversation. I've just learned to fast forward through the talking at the beginning of some of the others. Bless is his heart but Jay Scott can do some serious rambling on the beginning of his podcast. Once you skip through that your set. Brian's have changed but he is having to monetize his now and if thats what it takes to keep it going, go ahead. I didn't even know who Aron Snyder was before the Gritty Bowmen. I'm so glad he decided to start podcasting. I've learned a ton from them and am hoping to make my first trip to CO this year.

I've been able to find pretty much everything listed in this thread on the downcast app. Pretty easy app to keep current on podcasts.

I really like Meateater, JRE, Gritty Bowmen, Hunt Backcountry, Wired to hunt, Hunt Gather Talk, and Walking the Floor (musician interviews). I just started Hunt Harvest Health and Avery Adventures...both seem promising.
