I’ve got a Savage LA in .270 Win and I want to rebarrel it with a proof or carbon six pre fit what other calibers could I convert it to get the most long range accuracy out of the gun?
Really wanted to go for a 6.5 prc but don’t have the magnum bolt face for it

I do t reload so something that has good factory ammo available

Savages have replaceable bolt heads. NSS is your place for savage parts. While it's not listed on their page, I'd call them up and see if they have one available. I'd be willing to bet they do. They can get you another barrel whether that's a take-off or an aftermarket barrel, a wrench, and a new nut. Don't forget your headspace gauges too.

Long range is subjective, but if you're talking say 600+ you'll need something with high BC bullets and medium to high velocity. Without a magnum bolt face, and limited to factory ammo, you may consider the 22CM, 6CM, 25CM, 6.5CM, 7mm-08, and .280AI. All of these offer factory ammo with bullets with G1 BCs in the mid .5s and higher. The 25CM with the 134 ELDM and the 6.5CM with 140+ grain bullets can both reach way out there, but you'll want to stick with longer barrels (24-26") to maximize MV. The 7mm-08 and 280AI with the factory 162ELDX are great choices as well, but you will suffer a recoil penalty compared to the Creeds.
