I’m just gonna throw this out there, why don’t you just get a Tikka T3 in 6.5 PRC?

If your current 270 Win is accurate, I do not think you will see much advantage going to a 6.5 PRC, 280AI, etc. The 270, with the proper bullet, may cover all your needs.
