What is your oldest firearm?

Pretty cool find though. About when did your grandfather find it?

About 1930-1935. He was between 10 and 15.

My oldest is great grandpap's sheriff pistol, 1877 Colt thunderer 41 and his retirement badge....

and the oldest I use regularly is a prewar Woodsman Sport....

I have 2 22s from about 1940, a single shot bolt action that was my granddads and a marlin 39 that was my great uncle’s.

1869 Swedish Remington Rolling Block, chambered in 12.7x44R.


Its ultimate end state is going to be a BPCR silhouette rifle. I've got a long way to go to get it there.

I also have a Marlin model 39A from 1954 It’s an unbelievable shooter.
