What extractor does CA use?

Hello everyone, I am having weak/failed extractions with my basically brand new Ridgeline. CA’s customer service doesn’t seem to want to respond to me. Does anyone know the specifics of their extractors? I’ve already tried ordering one and got the wrong size. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
