Got some cb1138-12 wads and now ready for more pull down of S&B 2 3/4 9 Pellet 00 and get rid of the fiber wad and insert cb wad with 6 pellets add buffer. Saves @5/8 lb of buck per box of pulled down. Extraction from my Stevens 311 was easy and much better pattern at 25 yards. Cheap buck made better… IMG_9248.jpeg

Finally got my reloading table set up and ready. Since I moved houses a couple of years ago I've been here and there cobbling things together and haven't done much loading. My wife was cool with me setting up in the back bedroom as long as it was organized, so this is what I came up with. The drawers are even lockable when the family with kids come into town. Getting ready to start working up loads for my wife's .223

What is that bolted to the top? Is it steel? Is for more support or rigidity or for a work surface ?

It's a 1" table top I cut out of an old lab work table that I had. A good heavy wood surface is much better than a flimsy steel top to work on. The presses are bolted to thread inserts in the wood top then the wood is bolted to the toolbox using crimp style nut-serts.

The wood has finally dried so, up on the wall it goes. It is all red, white and pin oak. This completes the wall sheathing for the reloading room and the entire shop and finishes the lean-to on the outside. Now. to start joining the bench tops together and run the electrical outlets. One more step down.

Found some good deals on 357 mag brass. Norma brass and I checked the primer flash hole and it is the normal size as my Lee classic loader deprime pin easily fits. Ended up being just under .14 shipped 👍👍

Bottom link is primed Norma brass. No clue as what brand of primer so passed cuz I only use mag primers in case I need ammo to work when it is -20° or -40°
Hard to beat price for primed brass.
