Sorry to hear that Brock at least your in good company lol.

Shoot Pop's will be heading for NWT for Dall the last 10 days of August, then Wyoming Deer and Elk (Rifle Elk starts the 25th?) then his quality Elk in Wa starts Oct.1-12 with the Muzzleloader. Second deer is really of no concern that will be a day trip. Oh ya a guy might have to actually do some work in between the hunts. Almost forgot Mt. Carbiou for him too

Brock sounds like they need pack mules ;) I got family in Wyoming Brock if we want to put in and have a place to semi stay at lol and all across Montana, road trip in the future buddy lol?

The results are supposed to be posted online by 5pm today. I am not expecting to draw much but I still have hope since I didn't call them. Too funny that they got swamped with calls.

Congrats to those that drew.

I only pulled a second deer.

I am ok with it only because two weeks of archery elk in September (1 in WA 1 in ID) eats at the bosses nerves already.

I drew an archery cow tag, a master hunter cow tag, and my daughter and I both drew a 2nd deer tag. This has been a great day as I just found out I also drew Wyoming Antelope.

I am not sure I will draw an archery bull tag in Washington State in the next 10 years. I don't put in for the premium units yet it took me 9 years to draw the first one and I expect it to be just as long for the second one. I might get a second tag by the time I am in my mid 40s...

Montana and Idaho, here I come because I can't wait that long to hunt bulls.

You know I've never drawn a quality deer tag but i did draw a peaches archery bull tag in 2007 with 5 points! You just never know when you'll pull a tag! A lot of the draw odds out there are MUCH less than 1% without considering points, it just takes time and some luck.

Honestly I think there's plenty of opportunity in WA state to kill a big buck (not so much a bull but there is some) every year.

Nothing for me. I'm still pretty confident I'll turn up a great buck anyways. I do have a couple buddies with some real good elk tags so I'm sure I'll be busy chasing some biggins.
