I just got the bag they make in the mail today. . . tried to install it and the pins were too short. I called and left a message, they called back. . . told me to go to a hardware store I must have an older seat. I do, one I paid almost $300 for. On the website it says they fit both Waldrop Pac Seats. I said I shouldn't have to go to the hardware store and buy anything. Gentleman said "fine, I'll absorb that cost for you and mail you two pins on Monday" and hung up.
I remember talking with the original owner a few years ago when I bought my seat. I considered it an investment and that if anything were to ever go wrong I'd be taken care of. If I needed a part that failed from use I'd expect to pay for the replacement and shipping. I didn't ever think when buying the bag as an accessory to the seat that it wouldn't work and they'd be put off with me not wanting to go buy a part myself.
I understand it may be inexpensive, but the bag $45 and shipping $18 wasn't. It's an hour drive to a hardware store where I live and my times worth something. I thought being a repeat customer was worth something too. . .
