Good morning all,

Just wanted to share a quick rundown of my experience for those that may be interested in the Snowy Mountain backcountry rails. I've purchased 2 of them in the last month. My initial order, I purchased the Manners LRH rail, and on the 9th, I ordered the All Purpose SA 11.25" variant.

LRH Variant:
-The rail arrived well packaged. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box. Rail looks great, machining looks quality, and I've very impressed with the rail itself. The customer service is where I have concern for others.
-Before I ordered it, I called and spoke with a very kind gentleman that took the time to answer my questions. Before concluding the call, I asked him what hardware it comes with. He was kind enough to take the time to run back and check, and assured me it would come with the proper hardware. The listing description stated (past tense, we'll get to that in a bit) "stainless hardware included" I received no such hardware. When I received the rail and noticed the lack of hardware, I called them back. This gentleman, while also very kind heard me out. I informed him that I was told there should be hardware, and that nothing arrived with the rail. He took a second and came back with a summary in line with "well, it's for the LRH, so it uses the hardware from the LRH stock". Insinuating that no, they don't come with hardware despite the item description.

All Purpose Variant:
-Despite the first experience I decided to order one of their All Purpose rails for another rifle. While I was somewhat skeptical the last purchase, I decided to give them another chance, as the rail itself is of good quality. AGAIN, the description states (notice this is the present tense) "Install with the included stainless hardware and threadlocker; torque to spec and go hunt". I received the rail yesterday. Yet again, just a rail wrapped in bubble wrap with nothing else in the box. I decided not to call this time.

Since this was now twice, I went to their website to leave very honest reviews. As you can see here. At the time of purchase, and last night when I made the reviews, both item descriptions still mentioned that hardware was included. This morning, I awoke to see that both of my reviews were not approved, and rather deleted. . . go figure, a company that doesn't want others to see a bad review.. OF NOTE: after deleting my reviews, the Manners Backcountry Rail item description has been updated to no longer state that hardware is included. The All Purpose Backcountry Rail item description STILL states that hardware IS included. For both of my purchases, at the time of purchase, both items clearly stated that they included hardware, of which I have received none of. If anyone cares, here are the 2 reviews that I left.

For those interested in them, the rails themselves seem to be really nice, I just don't like being lied too about what is included when you spend money with a company. And when you were lied to once on the phone and it happens again, it makes me question their integrity. Despite having to leave my email for the review, I have received no correspondence from the company after the reviews were deleted.

If you've read this far, I appreciate your time. If you purchase one of the rails I have no doubt that you'll like the rail itself, and sincerely hope that you actually get the full product that you paid for unlike myself.
