Not trolling at all, absolutely sincere. And before anyone reflexes with a dismissive label, I served my nation for a career in the Attack Submarine Navy as a Republican. When I retired and came home I was approached by local Republican leaders to run as a candidate for a seat as a councilman in my local town government. I did, won, and served two terms as a Republican until I decided not to seek reelection. I am also a hunting and fishing guide licensed in two states. I believe to my core that Trump is a reprehensible human who appeals to the worst of our human nature. I do believe that it was a sad day for America that good people were so unhappy in their lives that he would be an acceptable choice to lead a great nation. Just one man’s opinion.
Thanks for your service!

It’s a great country where we all get an opinion.

Trump is not perfect but I do think his policies will be exactly what we need at this point in time.

I don't think women support women. Seen it in all aspects of my life. And the margins for victory are too thin for either major party to consider putting forth a woman.

Thank you for your service.

What made Kamala an acceptable solution besides not being trump?
I’d reason some of the same things that made Trump an acceptable solution as not being Hillary in 2016 to many people

Crazy,,,
We need to remember last time a lot of the vote was mail, this time it wasn't. The mail vote would not of been shown at polling places being busy. (Again this isn't an arguement for mailing in votes etc and fraud). This is just pointing out that you would have not seen people at polling places. Last election I voted by mail, this time I did not.

It was a pleasure.

I completely agree that we are blessed to live in a country where we can openly voice our opinions regardless of what they are. Lots of brave Americans gave their lives to protect that right.

I hope you are right on the policy front, we will see.

Sccritterkiller and. Wyo hunter, you guys posted the laugh emoji. Just curious, either of you guys serve your community and/or your nation? If so, thank you for your service.

Starr county in Texas (not a big county is considered one of, if not THE most Hispanic county in America) - Trump flipped it red after 100 years of blue.

**Added: 65K people, 97% hispanic and Trump won by 16 pts.
Facts not racist opinion: in general blacks and Hispanics are not very fond of each other.
Not in a blue state you don't. In NM all you have to do is verify address with a simple nod and signature...
Yesterday both NC and SC passed a state constitutional amendment to change "every citizen" can vote to "only a citizen" can vote. Guess someone thought that closed any potential loophole.

I agree and can appreciate a civil conversation, as much as I hate politics.

And this is why I hate politics. No, "Democrats" dont want people stealing from stores.
Then why do they allow it? Why did California pass a law to allow theft under $1k? Why don't they prosecute these people? These are liberal judges and DA's that allow this to happen. I don't believe the average Democrat wants this but the people in power do. There is also the extreme left that believe they are entitled as a form of reparations.

Been asking this question a lot this am. Doesn't add up nor make sense.
It makes sense. Why do you think? Biden was the most charismatic amazing candidate we have ever had in the history of this great nation. Think of his great speeches. It's no wonder that he got millions of votes at 3am in the morning of election night.

Interesting take. I believe that yesterday America’s character was tested and found lacking. A convicted felon who praised Hitler’s generals, knowingly lied about legal immigrants eating their pets and was recorded bragging about sexually assaulting women was chosen by a majority of Americans to lead our country. It was a sad day for America.
It was a choice between 2. Sad there weren't better viable options. Shake things up seemed better than more of the same.
