Trump is a true champion of free speech, as long as it doesn’t speak negatively of him - or else he’ll threaten to take away your broadcast license or worse.

He had every right to make that claim. CBS is licensed and completely edited a reply to her comment. Like edited in an entire new answer. That’s dishonest journalism and easily election interference by altering in order to make her more favorable.

I guess you missed where Trump went into the lions den for months doing interviews with left leaning news outlets and took every question they gave there at him.

Hell, even if you don’t like Trump, the media did the same thing to speaker Johnson by clipping his answer to a question in order to make him look like an “extremist”. And they got caught too bc Johnson recorded the interview without them knowing and posted the un edited version….

You mean like how Fox News edited the long and non-sensical word salad answer in the barber shop in order to make Trump look semi-coherent? I mean, I don’t like either party and the editing is industry standard by biased media outlets. It goes both ways.

Can you clarify what has been taken away, including freedoms and voices? I'm not aware of any other than some state restrictions on firearms.

I am not sure if you are trolling or if this is a serious question. I don’t even follow the news much, but here are a few things I can think of:

-They silenced a sitting president
-Churches were ordered to close their doors until further notice (liquor stores were not)
-Girls are forced to share a locker room with and compete against biological males
-blm/antifa/whoever was allowed to riot and loot with little to no consequences. If you were an unfortunate business owner, you lost your right to protect or even use your property until whenever the mob was done with it
-people were fired for not using someone’s preferred pronouns
-people were fired for not getting the vaccine

There are a lot more I am just getting tired of typing on my phone

I watched both. Fox is a stupid news outlet. Taking pieces of a long answer doesn’t compare to editing in a completely new answer. That’s blatantly lying.

Still asking if you’ve ever served with any to form that opinion. I served with a few that became high level leaders, quite a few that became O-6s, through hard work and dedication to our country. Fine men.

In the scheme of things O6 doesn't even get you a seat at the table. It does allow you the chance to start lobbying for that political appointment.

I've earned my write to make those opinions and yes I've served with / under / paid attention to / multiple different general officers.
