Seems like the vector got 1st followed by the revic. But everything is kinda subjective.
Thanks for sharing. Just did a bunch of research on a lot of these to make a decision and this video would have helped quite a bit. Ended up with the Geovid Pros. Seemed like the best bang for the buck and their warranty makes me feel better dropping almost $3k on electronics.

I was just about to buy the revics now I can’t decide whether to just wait for these or buy the revics

Optics with mil reticles, ranging, and ballistics are rare.

I see a use case here where a hunter buys the dual reticle 10x or 12x Vector Xs, then purchases the 40% range boosters to deliver an additional 14x or 16.5x glassing setup at minimal cost and weight penalty.

I'll be keeping my Revics until these get more field miles under them, but I am interested. I'm considering buying the 18x Revic binos with a mil reticle to supplement my BLR10bs, but might hold off.

I called EuroOptic to check the status of my order and they told me they are expecting the first big shipment of them from Switzerland (fact check me) in the next week or so. I’m hoping to have mine in 2-3 weeks 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you for this info. Ok, that’ll be too late for me this season. Looking like I’ll go with another pair and sell them before next year.

Any of these been in the wild hunting yet? I’m curious about real world experience, particularly on using the range extenders to replace a spotter and thoughts on 10x vs 12x.

I watched Greg Dykstra of Primal Rights do a review out on his property. He ranges different things, animals, hay bales, structures.

They underperformed comparatively to previous Vector models and had ranging issues off and on. He said the glass was great, but the electronics might pose issues down the road, especially if something happened to a unit. Eurooptic is handling all service claims. He has an older unit with an etched reticle (new one is also etched). He stated that about 5 years into owning the older model, the laser drifted and nobody would repair the unit.

With his review, I personally won’t pick up a vector x model. He did state they’re still better than most options. I’m happily running Leica Geovid pros.

Thanks. I skimmed that video on YouTube but I haven’t had the time to devote an hour plus to watch the whole thing. I’m primarily interested in whether the range enhancer make it worth it for an all in one. Warranty…eh, that’s a hard call since all things have some failure rate and I agree I don’t want to be holding the $3400 bag, but it’s harder to say how any manufacturers quality has improved (or degraded) until they’ve been beaten up a bit on the street.

I recently received mine and will be using them shortly. Have not had much time to really play with them yet but I will be. From what little use I've done, the glass seems great. I'll also be using them along with my leica geovid R's.
As a side note, I recently got a range of 3182 out of the leicas on a group of trees towards evening. Quite surprised. 20241011_085256.jpg

Randy, looking forward to seeing your review. It looks like you do not have the range enhancers at this time, correct?

I do not have or plan to use the range enhancers at this time.
I wasn't planning on doing a full review, but I will certainly give my thoughts as I use them especially during the next month or so. I got mine at eurooptic and I also bought the RRS bino adapter.
Fwiw........I like the features of the vector but the main reason I got them was because of the mil reticle. The leica geovid R's are also a great rangefinding binoculars setup......been very happy with them.
