Used Tundra pricing

One of the best rigs ever produced.
I love it, other than gas mileage they pull isnt the greatest. I had to rebuild the front end and replace the suspension. It has never rode the same as it did before. I have had a couple people look at it and everything is correct but man, its not the same pickup.

Pretty much the exact same one I have. Dang good pickups, mine is just starting to get old and needs stuff fixed. It basically is coming down to is it cheaper to keep her or ditch it and get something newer, bigger and less miles. It was my first vehicle that I had in college, so it has been neglected simply because I was broke as shit.

You ever have:

1/ Grease spin out of the inside driver’s side axle boot?

2/ Front diff oil overflow for no good damn reason?

1. Yes.

2. Nope.

I have an oil leak that we cant figure out what is causing it. Its not terrible, so I have quit looking.

It will randomly get absolutely garbage gas mileage for half a tank then go back to normal.

It keeps warping rotors. Changed the calipers, pads, bled everything and I get about 1.5 years out of rotors.

Hmm…I have never figured out, definitively what’s up with mine. It’s intermittent with the grease , and the oil thing only happened once, but what in the hell causes oil to literally pump out of the overflow tube ONCE and never again? So weird.

Otherwise an awesome truck my daughter now drives.

Edited my response as I remembered yes that it has spit grease in that area but it quit after I changed the CVs.

I'm averaging 11.02 mpg with factory tire sz bfg k02 10 ply. Just had a tune up, replaced 1 ignition coul. No service lights on. Been well taken care of mechanically so I'm not sure wtf.
Has anyone ran sea foam through the main vacuum for clean out?

I got to thinking. If someone reading this has any interest in this truck (not rig) I can send some pics.

If someone from the forum buys it I’ll throw $200 at a conservation organization of the buyers choice.

I’m within a a couple hours of two decent size airports and would meet there.

I may throw in the classifieds when it gets closer to when my new one will arrive.

I choose new last year after searching the used market for a late model Tundra 4x4 with low miles. I think I gave $47,000 and the sticker was $53K, so not too bad. It's a great truck. Gas milage sucks at around 14.5 combined and 17.5 on the highway if you're easy.
