Update on wolves in CO / Officers view pack of 6 on 01/19...

Had one or two wolves howling this morning in GMU 18.

I have seen pictures of at least 4 wolves chasing a pair of elk across the pasture of a ranch just north of Dillon. unit 28

Well, Polis and the state legislature could conceivably vote for and pass a management plan before the public ballot initiative takes place making the ballot vote null and void, that would be the best scenario.

And wolves have been heard and spotted on a regular basis around the Flattops and the Mt Zirkel Wilderness areas for the last decade, I've heard they have also been spotted on a regular basis over the last few years northwest of Rocky Mtn National Park as well.
