Seekins Havak Element checks most of your boxes. Except price.
I have an element. I agree they are a great lightweight rifle option. But at 5.5lbs bare rifle in a short action... ULUL they are not. My custom rem700SA clone 6mmCM in an hnt26 chassis...with a folding stock... weighs 1.25lbs less than the lightest havak element (and shoots better, and is more packable, etc). My ULUL AR15s are 2.5-3.5lbs lighter-weight than the element.

I run the Jag Composites nut which I think is the lightest and comes with holes already tapped all the way around. It works great with 2 screws or more. 30 ft lbs
Which size carbon fiber tube are you using with the JAG nut? Measuring it seems like 36x34mm will be a tight fit…. Also it seems that tube is only available in gloss everywhere I look.

I'll try to look it up, it's somewhere buried in this thread. I did end up with gloss, but a brown (scotchbrite?) Pad dulled it nicely in about 20 seconds.
Oh, and 2 wraps of electrical tape made it fit nicely, held on with 2 screws

I used 35x37mm and it takes 2 wraps of electrical tape fore and aft to make it fit nice. Packgoatguy went with the 34x36mm and it took a lot of sanding on both faces. He also used the Jag Composites nut

Need some advice on "red dots". I'm seriously considering using a holosun with the their chevron reticle. It gives pretty precise shot placement to 300, and then I can use holdover out to 400 or so, and just forget about ever shooting further. For those that know this stuff, what do you think?

Does the lack of magnification make this more like a 200 yard rig?

The tip of the chevron is 1moa.

I'm going to finally shoot my ulul this weekend at 4lbs scoped, so I'll see if I really want to shave almost 3/4 of a pound off that with a 2oz holosun. That would put me at just a little over 3lbs for a long LOP, suppressed, 300+ yard fully functional elk killer, crazy, or stupidlight!

HE507C-GR-X2-ACSS. Listed at 1.5oz in 3 places, and 2.6 on Amazon. Probably closer to 2.6oz with the picatinny base.
Is the elevation of this on the solo upper going to be decent?
