Two weeks and I’ll be chasing deer with it. We will see how the little 87grainers do on both tags.

I’ve decided I’m going to paint the can too. Hopefully it doesn’t get too hot, but spray paint is cheap.

Yea, I still have the cans from my original paint job. If it starts melting off, I’ll make the switch. We put 90 rounds down the barrel in about an hour last weekend and the paint doesn’t show any wear on the barrel. It must have been real hot because you could feel the heat through the CF hand guard

I have to be careful because the can isn’t rated for that quick of shooting.
