Nope, They come ready to load, and there aren't any compatible dies made yet (or ever maybe). Primers and bullets go in less easily, and the primers shaved off tiny steel slivers with my Coax press. Wasn't a big deal, but I choose to take the extra step to wipe away the shavings, and they started filling up the primer holder on my press as well.
My neck mandrel doesn't even touch the mouth, so it's bigger, but holds the bullets really well.
If by some miracle the fired cases still fit in my case gauge, I may try neck sizing them if they aren't still holding the bullets with enough tension to survive recoil, and fire again. I was told that this was a possibility, but I'm thinking a 5.56 chamber might leave them a little bigger than a wylde. I'll try the Shaw wylde after this BCA 5.56.
*One more thing. The cocentricity is excellent. 10 rounds all but 2 are at or under 1 thousandth. Furthest one was 1.5 thou
If you were shipping some my way, it’s going to be interesting to run my mandrel in there for the 6x45. I’ll report back how it goes.

From the measurements on these, you'll probably need to upsize a ways to end up without too much tension. Maybe lube will help them release reasonably also(?).

I had it in my head that a lot of lube, and a long dwell time on the mandrel will work, possibly multiple passes. I have a 7mm mandrel I can also run it over until I get satisfactory plastic deformation.

Found page 2 on the website with 250 pack and 500 pack. Offer still stands on the 1000 pack.

Anyone want to split some Nas3 223 cases? I don’t need 1000 of them if I buy them. I think for about $65 maybe 70 I could have the 1000 shipped and split into 4-250 case batches and shipped.

I would keep 250 or maybe even 500

If it’s in the name of testing or experimenting for all our benefit I’m happy to donate some and cover the cost

I'm not completely clear on this. Are you saying you can get 1,000 cases for $65-$70, or send out batches of 250 cases for that amount? Just thinking if 1,000 cases were $65, that would be a really good deal on them.

The 1000 pack is $248 and they offer 10% off bringing it down to $223 plus $20 shipping for $243 shipped price.
I could split into 250 case lots for $61 plus what it costs me to ship which is likely about $10 so I would say $70/250.

For comparison I have a 250 pack In my cart with 10% discount applied and shipping for $88

First Nas3 cases off the press at 2.36" with my "windowed" 1.3oz mag. Holds 3 extra long cases, plus one more regular mag length round. Cut any further and it would fail due to cutting the weld. If these cases pan out, I save a MASSIVE 1/4 oz because they're lighter than brass... (for 4 cases).View attachment 830550View attachment 830554

What’s water capacity of these new magic cases?

The LC brass I’m using is 31g+ on any case I’ve measured.

Curious to see how much more room is in there.

32.0 grains with a new primer, not upside-down primer. I just cleaned up and don't have any spent primers. So much for the 10% I was told.

They have all the incentive in the world to tell you 10%. And compared to “the industry average” .223 case, at something like 29g, it’s not a lie.

But here we are!

Can’t wait to get performance report. An extra half grain to grain ain’t nothing!

👍 32 grains is very good, and a little more than any case I've measured, but as you say, -marginally- more than cases like LC, which is what I use to maximize capacity.

Just a thought - but could a person mill out the extra space for the bolt handle to rotate closed, and use a stripped (much lighter weight) upper with the BCA bolt?
More would have to be milled than just the slot for the bolt handle (front right part of the gas key track, e.g.) but seems worth looking into.
