Trophy Taker customer service post sale to ARCUS?

I called them on some Trophy Taker A-Tac broadheads. I wanted to verify the angle of the tip and sharpening techniques and I talked to a woman that literally had no clue what I was talking about. She was like "the Shuttle T" and I had to chalk the whole conversation up as me educating her (and later "them" -- multiple sales people) on what I was concerned about. The heads themselves look good, but man, their service is dogshit.
