Kudos to Black Ovis Customer Service

I recently ordered a hip belt for a Stone Glacier pack, but when the package arrived, there was a pair of trekking poles inside (and no belt). I emailed Black Ovis customer service, received a response within a day saying keep the poles and we'll make it right, and they expedited the correct item. Getting the mistake resolved couldn't have been easier.
 
I’ve had exception customer service from Black Ovis and Camo Fire. They work hard to make things right.
