Tripod Head for Binos

Been reading about tripod heads for spotters and the Outdoorsmans and Jim White seem to get the rave reviews. I'm looking for a head to use with Swarovski EL 10x50's. I'm not sure if that changes recommendations or not due to weight differences, etc. I don't really want to invest in the cost of the Outdoorsmans head and the Jim White is a little more than I want to spend but...

Suggestions?

The Jim White is great, but ain't cheap. For the money I have not found anything comparable to the Velbon ph157q. I have both and even putting price aside, it's a close second.

Wow, the price is right on that one!

I was just reading about the Vanguard PH-111v. That looks like its got great reviews for the price. Any experience with that one?
