Ball Head for tripod recommendations please

Okay, I know there is some of you out there that know tripods and heads inside and out. Save me some time please. I am looking for a light weight ball head to go on a tripod. You have an unlimited budget. I want to be able to use binos and spotting scope from it. What do you recommend ?
