To trust a Beast broadhead?

My Son had a free beast to test- Major issue with the design and his quiver:

While hiking in the beast broadhead got triggered open in the quiver! the blade deployed and got wedged in the quiver hood and could not reach in and try to close it! even with those Kevlar finger condoms the tight space and blades was a mess and snagging on the other broadheads. Had to pull everything out and get pliers in there etc.

Not sure that hair trigger mechanism is the way to go. would need to be aware of the quiver hood if unexpectantly deploys.

125 Hydes are FAR better than a sevr. Wont try a beast on principle.

I have bunch of kills with Hyde’s and every single one of them the blades are trashed.
After more than 10 kills last year with the 1.5 hybrid, and at least twice as many with the original version…no way i would chose a hyde over them unless he gets some better blade material.

The COC beast is coming with me my bear hunt to BC and manitoba, leaving tomorrow. Haven’t had mech blade yet as sharp or hold an edge like them, had one last year with three or four kills over as many days and all i did was clean it off and reuse it

Much as i hate the blowmars, i literally have never seen this happen. Sure you arent AI yourself?
I'm pretty sure I'm not, but I'll double check later. Not sure if I can/should post a link to video since I'm still a FNG. If you can stomach the channel it's a Short of a brown bear kill

Was not trying to be argumentative. Have you literally ever saw an AI generated fake archery kill to promote a broadhead?? I was not aware that type of thing existed yet.
No offense taken. It's wild days in the AI world, and spotting the fakes is getting harder and harder. Watch the vid yourself and see if it passes your sniff test.

Well, the blades on the HYDE are designed to bend , but not break after going thru an animal. Pretty sure they are meant to be one critter and done with the blades.

The bull was whirling and would have taken the energy out of any setup, fixed blade or not.
He doesn't whirl before the arrow hits. He does duck and does hit high.
You can slow vids down to .25x in the settings to see it better.
I can see the high hit having something to do with it, but it's hard to know exactly what it hit.
I've never considered an animal whirling around affecting the energy, or even heard of it. I find it hard to believe it would create any measurable loss in penetration. I did some googling and found this...

Experimental Evidence
A notable test comes from a primitive archery video ("Primitive Archery Arrow Penetration Physics" by HuntPrimitive). The creator tested heavy (~688 grains) and lighter (~450 grains) arrows on a foam target:
Static target: Consistent penetration (e.g., ~9 inches for the lighter arrow at ~160 fps).
Swinging/pendulum motion: Minimal or no measurable loss.
Spinning/whirling target (mimicking a quick animal turn): Still essentially the same penetration as static—no significant difference observed.

It's obvious he's starting to duck before the arrow gets there. It makes this muscle tension and density argument seem plausible
Muscle tension and density: A live, reacting animal tenses its muscles (fast-twitch fibers) upon hearing the shot or feeling the arrow, making tissues denser and more resistant. Relaxed carcasses are easier to penetrate. Warm, elastic live skin/flesh can also absorb more energy than cooled, stiffer tissue.
