To trust a Beast broadhead?

they are one of three, mechanical heads I would trust on an elk. SevR hybrid 1.5s, 125 grain Hydes and Ti beast and now beast COC

125 Hydes are FAR better than a sevr. Wont try a beast on principle.

They're putting AI generated content out on Youtube with fake hunts and fake kills. There's plenty of broadheads that function well. Dollars are votes, cast them well.

Much as i hate the blowmars, i literally have never seen this happen. Sure you arent AI yourself?

My Son had a free beast to test- Major issue with the design and his quiver:

While hiking in the beast broadhead got triggered open in the quiver! the blade deployed and got wedged in the quiver hood and could not reach in and try to close it! even with those Kevlar finger condoms the tight space and blades was a mess and snagging on the other broadheads. Had to pull everything out and get pliers in there etc.

Not sure that hair trigger mechanism is the way to go. would need to be aware of the quiver hood if unexpectantly deploys.

I have bunch of kills with Hyde’s and every single one of them the blades are trashed.
After more than 10 kills last year with the 1.5 hybrid, and at least twice as many with the original version…no way i would chose a hyde over them unless he gets some better blade material.

The COC beast is coming with me my bear hunt to BC and manitoba, leaving tomorrow. Haven’t had mech blade yet as sharp or hold an edge like them, had one last year with three or four kills over as many days and all i did was clean it off and reuse it

Was not trying to be argumentative. Have you literally ever saw an AI generated fake archery kill to promote a broadhead?? I was not aware that type of thing existed yet.

No offense taken. It's wild days in the AI world, and spotting the fakes is getting harder and harder. Watch the vid yourself and see if it passes your sniff test.

Well, the blades on the HYDE are designed to bend , but not break after going thru an animal. Pretty sure they are meant to be one critter and done with the blades.
