I too have changed a lot from when I was younger. Personally, I’m not really a fan of taxidermy anymore. Sure I like the traditional old school looking mount to decorate a room especially if it is old and vintage. Like you’d see in an old western bar.
Euro mounts are still cool.

Now I think it is a little bit weird.

I like what Bob says above though. Give back to nature or let the dogs chew on them.

If I ever shoot an animal with a rack so large someone was willing to pay me a lot of money for it I’d sell that rack to them so fast your head would spin.
