To camper or not to camper... Hunting and married couple trips

Is there an RV manufacturer that doesn't put out a POS? I see that GD is owned by Winnebago which I always thought was a good brand.

As I understand it, from doing a ton of research and talking to many people who have owned lots of different brands, the following brands make conventional campers that are not a POS and the price reflects that:
- Airstream
- Lance
- Nash / Arctic Fox
- Outdoors RV
- Black Series RV

You may also want to check out Colorado Trailers. They specialize in cargo trailers built to spec for camping and off road use.

Website seems to be down but their Facebook page has a lot of info too…

At my age I am looking for the most comfortable place to stay and get a warm , dry good nights sleep and some good chow so I can get back out there the next day and give it heck. Even when I was young and could sleep outside in tree stump in a 30 degree rain if had a girl friend or wife or even a young person with me I would look for the same for them.
