Bidet users. What bidet do you have and would you recomend it? What one would you buy if you were to do it again?

When I build my house this spring or next I will be installing them.

Having kids was a real eye opener, ever try to wipe your kids butt with toilet paper or a dry tissue? There is still a visible brown smear when you are done. Gross.

For now baby wipes will have to do.

PS if this is gross or too much info, well...I didn't start the thread .

I have had them and once you do... well the smear with TP just doesn't compare. I just got a $50 or so one from "Clear Rear" and easy to put on a standard toilet and it's not bad.

Yes, recommend.

I installed the $38 LUXE Bidet Neo 120 in my office bathroom and it blew me away, literally! I guess we have high water pressure. Lowest turn of the knob was way too much pressure. Turned the "jet cleaning" knob up halfway and the Bidet pressure went down to an acceptable level. Left it like that except for when my buds first want to use it. Then the "asshole" in me comes out and I turn off the jet cleaning knob. Can't resist.

On trail I'm using a CuloClean. $6 and screws onto a standard water bottle.

Yes -

My wife was resistant to the idea until she tried it. Now she loves it. We bought one for her parents so she will have it when she's there.

Just bought the cheap LUXE Bidet Neo 120

Tushy. It will change your life. Just go easy, the water pressure would probably break the seal if you cranked it up.

Several years ago I went to visit friends for a weekend in their new house. I was a virgin to the bidet but now I'm slut for them. Uh, ok, maybe it's a little akward to say it that way, hahaaha, haah, ha. Ha? But don't pretend like you don't know what I mean man!

Here's the control panel...

With all the interest here I feel there must be a market for a backwoods bidet. Ima get on inventing it. Of course it'll be ultralight, ultra portable, ultra performant , and, therefore, ultra expensive. Expensive - that's how to draw people in. You know it's gotta be good. And it'll give a lot of collar popping power.

It already exists with a somewhat rabid fan base. Several thru hiker influencers are using them: https://www.rei.com/product/188350/happy-bottom-portable-bidet
