Nomad Backcountry TI user here. I run it on my 308 and 223 bolts, as well as my AR. My wife has one on her 6.5cm. It just works. Quiet. It's a game changer for hunting.

I was real hot on the Rugged Alaskan, I hunt with a stupid number on calibers but 338 federal and 35 Whelen are my favorites.

Ended up going with the B&T versa360 ti

It came with a free tax stamp (when they were $200) it only adds 2 oz. And came with multiple endcaps and thread adapters (Ishoot a lot of kimbers and have had them threaded 1/2x28) so got a lot more bang for my buck and functionality in roughly the same size/weight package.

I know there is lots of reading on this same topic here and other forums, but I wanted some fresh perspectives.

I am looking for a titanium suppressor that its main use will be hunting on my 22” .30-06 and a 20” 6.5PRC. My main attributes I am looking for are: #1 - a can that won’t fail/reliability, #2 - a company with good customer service that stands by its products, #3 - overall sound suppression. Although sound suppression is important, I put it last as I would rather a reliable product rather than something unreliable.

Any input on these cans below is appreciated. Any other recommendations are also welcomed.

SiCo Scythe Ti – Specs on this can seem great, but some of the reports of them coming apart are discouraging.

Rugged Alaskan Ti – Seems many people here dislike this can for lack of sound suppression, but the specs are nice and I could also use this on 350s (straight wall state). I have read reports on other forums that this can performs very well for them?

TBAC Ultra 7 – Seems like the TBAC Ultra line is the “gold standard” for Ti cans?

Dead Air Nomad Ti XC – Looks like lots of people are satisfied with this one.

I currently use a SicCo Hybrid 46 with 30 cal cap for my 06 and does well for my standards. That’s the only can I have for comparison purposes.

I am getting ready to buy an OG from unknown. I looked at a scythe Ti in store the other day, but I just like the idea of staying as short as possible.

I definitely don't recommend the SiCo Scythe TI. Had mine blow apart after about 50-80 rds on my 26" 28 Nosler, and yes, Silencerco explicitly told me that I would be perfectly fine with that setup.

I have since bought a TBAC Magnus s rr. Yes its heavier, but well worth it. +1 for anything TBAC
